Our full health assessments take approximately two hours at our practice, which is conveniently located in the Grace Hotel, 77 York Street in Sydney CBD.

LUMIFY ULTRASOUND & FOLLOW-UP CARE
Ensuring your health is as robust as possible begins with a thorough in-person health check featuring our advanced Lumify ultrasound assessment. This critical step in early detection and prevention is enhanced by our ability to discuss findings via follow-up telehealth consultations when appropriate.
During your in-person assessment, we examine your heart’s structure and function to ensure your heart muscle, lining, and valves are functioning correctly and that there is no evidence of valve leakage or blood pressure damage to the heart. The Lumify also gives us an unprecedented opportunity to examine internal organs within the abdominal cavity, such as the liver, kidneys, spleen, aorta and pelvic area.
This gives additional reassurance over and above the blood tests and medical examination that there are no growths or masses at an early stage nor dilatation of your major vessels. Should any findings require discussion of results or ongoing monitoring, we can arrange convenient telehealth consultations to support your care plan.

What’s the difference between you and a GP clinic?
The average GP will spend 15 minutes with you, if you’re lucky, often leaving you feeling rushed and unsatisfied. At Executive Medicine, we spend a minimum of one hour in your initial comprehensive assessment to thoroughly examine and address all of your concerns. We then offer convenient telehealth follow-up consultations for ongoing support. We take the time to get to know you and are invested in helping you stay healthy.
What’s the difference between you and your competitors?
One of our biggest differences is that we care and want to help. We offer a unique combination of thorough in-person assessments and convenient telehealth follow-up care. We will work with you as frequently as necessary throughout the year to be there when you become unexpectedly unwell, assist if you are going through a tough time, and work with you to reduce your illness risk factors. That way we both ensure you are in optimal health.
What’s the cost of your services?
Our costs are very competitive and less than your annual car service. Telehealth consultations are available as part of our comprehensive care packages. Give us a call for more info.
What health screening do you do?
Blood testing, breast screening and HPV testing for women, skin dermatoscopy testing for melanoma and skin cancers, prostate check for males over 45, and bowel cancer screening as indicated. The Lumify ultrasound can also identify abnormalities with internal organs. Follow-up results and ongoing care can be discussed via telehealth when appropriate.
Why should I get an annual health assessment?
Most early (curable) cancers don’t give symptoms, and two-thirds of men and one-half of women don’t get any warning symptoms before their heart attack or stroke. Twelve months is the correct time to pick up diseases before they become too advanced. Our combination of thorough in-person assessment and telehealth follow-up ensures comprehensive ongoing care.
How much can I claim from Medicare?
Medicare rebates vary from $80 to $250, depending on the service and other factors. Telehealth consultations may be eligible for Medicare rebates when they meet specific criteria.
What’s your cancellation policy?
If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within four working days of the scheduled date, this incurs a fee of 50% of the service cost, and if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled date, this incurs a fee of 100% of the service cost.
How much does my health fund pay?
Private health insurance typically doesn’t cover preventive screening and health assessments. However, we can provide documentation for any claimable portions of your assessment.
